Returns & Exchanges
At Biona Organic, we are committed to providing the highest quality organic food products; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward returns process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items or products that have been opened.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items to initiate a return request.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
